Terms & Conditions

Service provider: RG Digital, sole trader based in Almere (KVK: 97419575). Client: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with RG Digital. Agreement: any written or verbal arrangement regarding delivery of services.

Applies to all quotes, agreements and deliveries. Deviations are only valid when confirmed in writing. Client's own terms are explicitly excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are in euros, excluding VAT. An agreement is formed upon explicit written or email acceptance of the quote.

50% deposit invoiced upon quote acceptance — work starts after receipt. Remaining 50% invoiced on delivery. Project goes live only after full payment. Invoices due within 14 days. Statutory commercial interest applies on late payment. After one written reminder (7-day extension), unpaid invoices are handed to a debt collection agency at the client's expense.

Work is carried out to the best of RG Digital's ability (best-efforts obligation, not a results guarantee). Delivery timelines are indicative. Delays caused by late input from the client may push the delivery date. RG Digital may engage trusted subcontractors where needed; RG Digital remains the primary point of contact and responsible party.

30-day warranty on bugs and technical errors after delivery, at no cost, provided the issue was caused by RG Digital. Warranty does not apply to changes by third parties, third-party plugin updates, hosting issues, or misuse. Support outside the warranty period is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

All designs, code, visuals and texts remain property of RG Digital until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered work. Unauthorised reuse, resale or modification is not permitted. If a client terminates the project and uses the work without completing payment, a minimum penalty of €500 applies plus any demonstrable damages. RG Digital retains the right to use delivered work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation is only possible within 5 working days of signing off on the quote, and only if work has not yet started — in that case the deposit is refunded in full. If work has started, hours worked and costs incurred are invoiced. No refund applies when delays or termination result from the client failing to deliver required input.

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project. No liability for indirect damages, lost revenue or data loss. In cases of force majeure (illness, outages, pandemics), work may be suspended without penalty. Dutch law applies exclusively. Disputes are settled by the competent court in Almere.
